1. Be at least 21 years old.
2. Have a valid (not expired) driver’s license.
3. Proof of Insurance and/or deposit payment.
4. Undergo a Motor Vehicle Record check using our internal software.
Upon completing your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation providing the next steps. For further consideration, the renter would be required to respond with a Valid Drivers License and proof of Full Coverage Insurance. After submitting this information, please allow 45 mins - 1 hr to receive the status of approval via text and email. Approved or Denied.
All rental drivers are required to have Full Coverage Insurance.
Note: If a person not listed as an insured driver is found operating the vehicle, the renter assumes full liability for their actions.
Our Hours of Operation are every day from 8 am-5:00 pm. If you have any questions or concerns after hours, please submit a ticket under "contact us" for a response within 24-48 hours. If this is an emergency please give us a call at (219) 281-2588. Thank you!
The Security Deposit will vary depending on the Motor Vehicle Record. It will range from $250-$500.
If a request is canceled more than 24hrs prior to the reservation start time, a full refund will be issued. If the request is canceled within 24hrs of the reservation start time, a cancellation fee equal to half of a day’s rent will be charged.
Automatic cancellations will occur if all documents have not been received anytime after a 2-hour timeframe of your reservation. Required payment not submitted at least 2 hours before the reserved booking is scheduled to begin.
You may rent as long as you’d like. However, you will need to renew your contract every month for long-term renters.
